When booking an in-store styling appointment, we operate a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Appointments are booked via Fresha, please see the link at the bottom of our website under Quick Links.
We offer a FREE styling service, however, for any appointments cancelled within 72 hours there is a £20 cancellation fee. This needs to be paid before another appointment can be booked. It can be used as a deposit for a future appointment. The £20 can then be deducted from your final hire cost.
