Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. We reserve the right to restrict sales on a case-by-case basis. Descriptions and pricing may change without notice.

We do not guarantee that colors or images displayed on your screen will be accurate. All product offerings are subject to availability.

SECTION 5 – PRELOVED ITEM SALES

Preloved items listed for sale are offered as an invitation to treat, subject to quality checks and confirmation. Dispatch is typically within 7 working days after inspection and professional cleaning.

If undisclosed flaws are discovered, you will be notified before shipment and may choose to proceed or cancel. We reserve the right to cancel any preloved order if it does not meet our resale standards.
