Rentals / HireUK
Effective for orders placed from 1st May 2025.
Orders Placed on or After 1st May 2025
- No refunds or credits for cancellations or returns.
- Exchanges allowed with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before event, subject to availability.
Orders Placed Before 1st May 2025
- Cancellation ≥ 2 weeks in advance: 100% rental store credit.
- Cancellation < 2 weeks in advance: 75% rental store credit.
- Credits issued as e-gift cards, valid for 6 months.
Boutique & Jewellery Purchases Online
- Returns accepted for exchange or credit within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
- Submit return requests via the Returns Portal.
- Credit notes only - no refunds.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Live Shopping Events & Sales
- Purchases during Live Shopping Events or Sales are non-refundable and eligible for credit only.
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt, and items posted back within 48 hours of approval.
Preloved Items
All Preloved items are final sale.
- Items may show signs of general wear, minor damage, or small defects. Each item is restored and quality-checked before sale with detailed photos provided.
- No returns or exchanges accepted, as re-wear cannot be verified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect items immediately upon delivery.
- Submit a request via the Returns Portal or email customerservice@minniemay.co.uk.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All items remain the customer’s responsibility until returned and received by Minnie May Closet.
- Rental credits may be used across the entire site or converted to gift cards.
