🎄 Christmas Shipping

Last Posting Dates as advised by Royal Mail
Please ensure orders are placed before midday on the cut-off day.

  • Tracked 24 – Friday 19th December
    (To arrive by Saturday 20th December / Monday 22nd December)
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed – Tuesday 23rd December
    (To arrive by Wednesday 24th December)

We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to avoid delays during the festive period.

HIREUK Shipping Options

Choose from the following delivery services for your HIREUK orders:

Standard HIREUK Shipping (Tracked 24) | £5

Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, posted the day before your hire start date - aiming to arrive on the start date. Return in person to our office in Bridgend (CF31 1DU).
Note: Not guaranteed next-day, but ideal for delivery aim on Thursday ready for a weekend hire.

Tracked 24 with Returns Postage | £10

Same as Standard, but includes a prepaid return label for postal returns.

Special Delivery by 1 pm with Returns Postage | £20

Guaranteed next day delivery by 1 pm on your chosen start date. Includes prepaid return postage. Signature required, or you can arrange delivery to a local Post Office using your tracking link.

Special Delivery by 9 am with Returns Postage | £30

Guaranteed next day delivery by 9 am on your chosen start date. Includes prepaid return postage. Signature required.

Important: All HIREUK deliveries require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery (a work address is often easiest). Make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout - we are not responsible for delay or loss due to incorrect information. Tracking details will be emailed the day before your hire start date (check your spam/junk folder). Contact us if you need a resend.

Boutique, Jewellery & Preloved Orders

Boutique and Jewellery orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from order placement. Preloved items are typically dispatched within 5 working days, to ensure dry cleaning and a quality check has been completed. Free returns postage labels are provided via the Returns Portal.

  • Express Delivery | £4.50 – aims for next working-day delivery after dispatch.
  • No signature required unless requested. To add signature confirmation, email us at customerservice@minniemay.co.uk.
  • We are not liable for missed or undelivered parcels. Please monitor your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for tracking info—we’re happy to resend if needed.
