Shipping Policy – Minnie May Closet

HIREUK Shipping Options

We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard HIREUK Shipping (Tracked 24 - return in person) – £5

    • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24

    • Posted the day before your hire start date, aiming to arrive on the hire start date

    • Return in person to our office in Bridgend (CF31 1DU)

    • Please note: This is not a guaranteed next-day service, but Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays. Perfect for weekend hires that have a Thursday start date!

  • Tracked 24 with Returns Postage – £10

    • Same as above, but includes a prepaid return label for postal returns

  • Special Delivery by 1pm with Returns Postage – £20

    • Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm (item will arrive by 1pm on your chosen start date)

    • Includes prepaid return postage

    • Will require a signature – cannot be left in a safe place

    • You can choose delivery to a local Post Office instead using your tracking link provided by Royal Mail the evening before your hire

  • Special Delivery by 9am with Returns Postage – £30

    • Guaranteed next-day delivery by 9am (item will arrive by 9am on your chosen start date)

    • Includes prepaid return postage

    • Will require a signature – cannot be left in a safe place

 

Important: All HIREUK deliveries require a signature. Someone must be present at the delivery address. For extra convenience, we recommend using a work address if you are unable to receive the parcel at home.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Minnie May Closet is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

Tracking information will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched the day prior to your hire start date (please check your junk/spam folder). We're happy to resend tracking details if needed.

Everything Else (Boutique, Jewellery, and Non-Hire Orders)

  • Express Delivery – £4.50

    • Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days

    • Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next working day delivery

    • Total delivery time is usually 1–3 working days from order placement

    • Free returns postage labels are provided via the Returns Portal. 

 

No signature is required unless requested.
If you would like your delivery to require a signature, please email customerservice@minniemay.co.uk and we will advise on available options and associated costs.
