Returns Locations & Info
Thank you for hiring with us - we hope you loved wearing your outfit this weekend.
Returning to our Cowbridge Store:
23b High Street, Cowbridge, CF71 7AE.
Open for returns on Sunday between 11am - 4pm.
Please bring your upcoming hire email (with your order number, outfit name & size) to log your return when you arrive.
Returning to our Bridgend Office:
20 Nolton Street, Bridgend, CF31 1DU.
(Next door to Llys Nini - use the black door labelled “The Loft.” Inside you’ll find a QR code to scan to log your return. Please leave your hire in the pink returns trolley.)
Again, bring your upcoming hire email with order number, outfit name & size.
Bridgend Office Hours
- Mondays: 10am - 7pm
- Tuesdays: 10am - 4pm
- Wednesdays: 10am - 4pm
- Thursdays: 10am - 4pm
- Fridays: 10am - 4pm
Important Notes
- If you're outside Cowbridge Sunday hours, all returns must be made to the Bridgend office.
- Make sure you have your upcoming hire email — order number, outfit name & size - as you’ll need it to log your return when you arrive.
