At Minnie May Closet, our Preloved collection features previously worn pieces that have been expertly restored for resale. These items are sold “as is,” with any wear or minor imperfections noted - so you know exactly what you’re getting.
- All Preloved items are final sale.
- These pieces may show signs of general wear, minor damage, or small defects; each item is restored and quality checked prior to sale.
- Detailed photos are provided by email with a full quality check so you can make an informed decision before dispatch
- No returns or exchanges can be accepted, after the item has been despatched, as we cannot verify whether the item has been worn again by the buyer.
Why final sale?
Our Preloved items are offered at significantly discounted prices -we send out a quality check email prior to despatch with contains accurate condition notes and photos to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Because we can't verify post-sale wear, all Preloved sales are final.
