Damage Protection Insurance covers repairable damage up to the cost of £50 (e.g., a broken zip, missing hook or eye, or aggressive stains). Make sure you purchase your damage protection by **6pm on your hire start date**.

If you have questions about your hire or need assistance, we’re here to help. Our customer service team work Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm and responses can take between 24-48 hours. Returns Information
  • Return by Post: If you’ve paid for returns postage, use the prepaid label and drop off at your nearest Post Office before the postal cutoff.
    Be sure to complete this form to log your return.
  • Return to Office: If you have not paid for returns postage, you are required to return in person to our office at 20 Nolton Street, CF31 1DU on the day your item is due. Scan the QR code to log your return (keep your order number ready).
    Please check your emails for opening times or click this link to check any changes to opening hours.
  • Change Return Method: If you’d like to switch return method (for example, from office return to postal), email us at customerservice@minniemay.co.uk.
    This must be done on or before your hire start date. Requests made after that must use the original return method (office or postal) because dry cleaning is scheduled, and postal returns may return late.
